PSPCL Employee App: A Review
PSPCL Employee App is a free Android application designed exclusively for employees of Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd. This app is not for consumers, and they are advised to search for the PSPCL Consumer Services App. The app offers various features that allow employees to perform various tasks on-the-go.
The app allows employees to take action on walk-in consumer requests and all pending complaints assigned to them. They can also view records of all complaints/requests ever assigned to them. The app also displays the stock position in stores and the approved/pending store requisitions/store return warrant. It is important to note that the application will only work within India and only if the user has an active Indian mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
